Online Women’s Circles
Sliding-scale monthly circles for sisterhood, ritual & connection
Clarissa Pinkola Estés
“A circle of women can help us remember the truth of who we are when we have forgotten it.”
What is a women’s circle?
A women’s circle is a sacred gathering space where women come together in a spirit of openness, trust, and support. It is a safe container for sharing vulnerably, mindful listening, and open-hearted witnessing, as we journey together through life’s ebbs and flows.
In this space, women are encouraged to be authentic, honor their voices, and connect with their inner wisdom. Through simple ritual, reflection, and shared stories, a women’s circle fosters connection, healing, and a sense of belonging. It’s a place to reconnect with oneself and with others in the unique power of feminine presence.

Wednesday, February 18 ~ 7:00-8:30pm EST
Theme: Self-Love & Sacred Boundaries
About: In the month traditionally devoted to love, this circle invites you to turn inward and offer that love to yourself first. Together we’ll explore the sacred connection between self-love and boundaries — how honoring your needs, limits, and truths becomes an act of devotion to your own wellbeing. Through gentle somatic practices and heartfelt conversation, you’ll reconnect with the wisdom of your body and practice setting boundaries that feel compassionate, clear, and rooted in self-respect.

Monday, March 9 ~ 7:00-8:30pm EST
Theme: Inner Critic Healing
About: In this circle, we’ll explore the inner critic through the lens of Menstrual Cycle Awareness, honoring its natural rise during the Inner Autumn (premenstrual) phase. Rather than battling this voice, we’ll learn to understand its purpose, soften its edges, and transform its messages into clarity and self-support. Through gentle somatic practices, reflection, and shared conversation, you’ll discover how to meet your inner critic with compassion — and how to harness the wisdom it’s offering.
Cost:
These women’s circles are offered at a suggested sliding-scale rate of $10–$35 to keep the space accessible while honoring the energy, time, and intention behind each gathering.
Please choose an amount that feels aligned for you:
• If you’re needing more financial spaciousness, feel free to choose the lower end.
• If you’re able to contribute more, your generosity supports the sustainability of this work and helps keep these circles accessible for others.
There is no “right” amount — simply tune into what feels true and available for you. Your presence is valued, and your contribution at any level helps nourish the collective container we’re creating.
Simply choose your contribution at check-out. Thank you for supporting this work in a way that reflects your capacity, means, and appreciation.

Gratitude from Past Circle Participants
Stephanie
“Emma created a beautiful space where we could relax and connect with like minded women. The combination of embodiment and sharing was magic. I felt very safe and it made me feel I made new social connections. It made me feel less alone. To hear other women voice my feelings or thoughts, right now or things I’ve been through in the past, was incredibly special, it made me feel we are all connected. Healing of sisterhood wound.”
Ashley
“Emma’s deep care for each participant was evident in every interaction. She has a remarkable ability to create a warm and inviting space, fostering a genuine sense of community and trust. It was a safe place where we could be vulnerable, authentic, and grow together. I truly believe there should be more gatherings like this for women, where we can come together to share our experiences, support one another, and find strength in our collective wisdom. Thank you for doing such powerful, life-changing work!”
Brie
“Being able to honestly share my own experience in a safe space, and then also to hear the wisdom and experience from others, is such an invaluable and under-experienced concept.”
